i kept waiting to make this post when i had more pictures or better pictures or whatnot. I decided at this stage, you do what you can, when you can. These are the pictures I have now.

I was scheduled to be induced on Thursday but went into labor early Wednesday morning. I went longer than I would have liked without an epidural but all's well that ends well. It certainly ended well I'd say. She's so perfect. The boys are totally in love with her. She is sleeping well and i have had lots of help. We are so excited for all the things that she brings to our family.

Wonderful wonderful. So glad I was able to come be with you. How precious for me to be the one who helped time your contractions in the wee hours of the morn. Sorry I did not encourage you to go to the hospital sooner. I still laugh when I think of going on the Internet to see if you really were in labor. It was not like Eva was "our" first baby. You are a trooper. You have a wonderful husband and super wonderful sons and now a wonder of wonderful daughter. Love you all and can hardly wait to get back up there.
I have personally seen the final, edited photos Scott took! Get ready for another post bc they are amazing. And I promise to make Scott give them to you. :)

Congrats on your new addition! She's a doll! I love her name....Eva is a great family name and I have always loved the name Caroline. Actually, I wanted to name my first girl Caroline for a long time. When I was pregnant with Henry, there was a lady I worked with named Caroline. We actually became really good friends and have stayed friends since I left my job. Because of that, I don't feel like I can name my daughter Caroline. I mean, I like my friend Caroline, but I just didn't want to name my daughter after her (I'm not THAT close to her). So, Caroline got put on hold and Evelyn was at the top of the list this time around. I guess I'll have to love the name Caroline vicariously through your daughter :) She's adorable (I LOVE those cute cheeks....I would kiss them all day!)
